We enjoy a joint meal that Mr. Munkgaard serves. Mrs. Munkgaard creates an atmospheric space and our friend from the house Helle Hermann is responsible for teaching, materials and is a model. You will experience an amazing woman, with lovely energy and the ability to accommodate all her students in a common moment. Step into a world where art and personal development meet. With my many years of experience in croquis and art dissemination, I guide you through a unique experience where we explore the naturalness and diversity of the body. In a calm and relaxed atmosphere, you will learn basic drawing techniques, while we work to train your eye and sharpen your powers of observation. This experience allows you to find a deeper awareness of the shapes and movements of the body, something that is often overlooked in everyday life. As you draw, you will discover how your concentration improves and your focus sharpens. It is a meditative process in which you can forget everything around you and immerse yourself in the moment. We focus on creating a safe and inclusive environment where all bodies and their unique expressions can be seen and appreciated. Come and experience how croquis drawing is not only art, but also a path to good conversations and deeper understanding of human diversity. CAN BE ADAPTED TO INDIVIDUAL WISHES, AND MADE AS BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC EVENTS.

**Location: ** Agreed individually. It can take place inside or outside, depending on the season and weather. About Croquis & Presence with Hellesophia I have dealt with people with special needs and artistic dissemination in the form of croquis in collaboration with artists and
art institutions and museums since 2003. And has evolved as way from “only” expanding the viewer's gaze
and observation ability to also use the nudity as a naturalness and with all that it carries, and opens up good conversations.
Pt I collaborate with the Muskelvindfonden in their “Pærfekt-concept”, which is about making croquis at youth training courses to show the diversity of the bodies.

About Munkgaard Inn & Outdoor

Mr and Mrs Munkgaard are from Greve, where they were happy parents of three lovely children, they had Villa, Volvo and Vovse. After celebrating copper wedding, Mr. Munkgaard to say.: “farmhouse” every time he passed by Mrs. Munkgaard. One day Mrs. Munkgaard asked, why do you say “farmhouse”? Mr Munkgaard replied: 'Because I would like to have one farmhouse' They sat down with pen and paper and enjoyed a good bottle of red wine while writing down all their dreams. The list was long, with wishes for new jobs, animals, nature, a big garden, a better look at the water and not least to be able to give others a little of what they themselves appreciated during a weekend stay. Ranging from Hot Tub, good food and delicious produce, flowers, cream sundaes and much more. Mr. and Mrs. Munkgaard were blessed with their marriage and hopped on the motorcycle to find their dream of one farm. Many years have passed since then, but now they can welcome you to Munkgaard B & B This was the short story about us. Our journey has been long and complicated, but we look forward to welcoming our guests every day.
