Sink with the senses — an experience in the rhythm of nature Step into nature with witches and goblins: Wildflower Heiemo Ettrup Bille Be guided through a sensual and present walking tour where you learn to find, understand and connect with the wild plants, herbs and fungi around you. With curiosity and respect for the moods of the landscape, I invite you to join us for an experience where we don't just look at the plants — we feel them, smell them, taste them and listen to their stories. The course gives you: ● A gentle and down-to-earth introduction to edible and medicinal herbs, mushrooms and plants. ● Knowledge of how to recognize, harvest and use them sustainably. ● Stories and traditions surrounding the plants — how they have been used for food, medicine and spiritual purposes. ● Small tastings and sensory touches that awaken your contact with the wisdom of nature. This is not just a course, but a living practice—an opportunity to strengthen your intuition, connect you to the landscape, and rediscover the ancient collaboration between man and nature. You are invited to use both head and heart, senses and instinct — and to see the plants as more than resources, but as living beings with their own stories, power and gifts. As a witch and nature lover, I see it as one of my most important tasks to make connections with nature, to help it, to understand it, to live with it and by it. As a witch, I live cyclically, we are all bound together by water and nature is the source of all magic. Go on a tour and we will find the gifts of nature together.
What is included
Mr. Munkgaard's Brunch with homemade bread, warm dish, skyr with homemade rhubarb compote, two kinds of cheese, cold cuts and jam, fruits and vegetables. incl. coffee/tea/cocoa, juice and milk.
About a two-hour trip with Wildflower along the coast of South Stevnia via the small secret beach “Oasen” and along the forest and back across fields via the postal route.
Practical information
Remember practical footwear and outerwear as we walk along the beach, in fields and on dirt roads.

About Munkgaard Inn & Outdoor
Mr and Mrs Munkgaard are from Greve, where they were happy parents of three lovely children, they had Villa, Volvo and Vovse.
After celebrating copper wedding, Mr. Munkgaard to say.: “farmhouse” every time he passed by Mrs. Munkgaard.
One day Mrs. Munkgaard asked, why do you say “farmhouse”?
Mr Munkgaard replied: 'Because I would like to have one farmhouse'
They sat down with pen and paper and enjoyed a good bottle of red wine while writing down all their dreams.
The list was long, with wishes for new jobs, animals, nature, a big garden, a better look at the water and not least to be able to give others a little of what they themselves appreciated during a weekend stay.
Ranging from Hot Tub, good food and delicious produce, flowers, cream sundaes and much more.
Mr. and Mrs. Munkgaard were blessed with their marriage and hopped on the motorcycle to find their dream of one farm. Many years have passed since then, but now they can welcome you to Munkgaard B & B
